So, Marbella has glorious weather, first class golf courses, established infrastructure, has the security of being part of Europe and is easy to travel to.

All this makes Marbella property an attractive proposition. If we add the fact that Marbella real estate is now cheaper, it is clear that now is the time to buy as most analysts believe that this situation will not last for long. According to "The Economist" recent economic crisis last for shorter periods than before.

Above all we must remember that Marbella is a lifestyle; golf, weather, beaches, tennis, restaurants, nightlife, boutiques, marinas, yachts, Andalucian villages, cultural activities, cosmopolitan residents and visitors all contribute to make Marbella property an asset still in demand.

For years the rich and famous have been buying property in Marbella and this has left an air of sofistication in the area.

Larger luxury villas in Marbella have also seen a drop in price and can be found within a price range between € 2.000.000 and € 4.000.000.
