It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to another edition of our magazine which coincides with the 25th anniversary of Villa Marketing. Since 1983, when I started Villa Marketing, we have witnessed many different phases of the market. We have seen boom periods, but we also have been through slow periods. We know that after slowdowns, markets always pick up and prices start to rise again. We are now in a buyer’s market and we would like to offer buyers and sellers our 25 years of expertise to advise them through this phase of the market.

But apart from real estate cycles, Marbella property has an added value factor which is it’s incomparable lifestyle. Marbella is definitely “ a Way of Life “, not only thanks to the tremendous selection of amenities, infrastructure, leisure and services, it’s marvellous climate and scenary, but also due to all those who have established themselves here over the years, either as permanent residents, semi-permanent residents or frequent visitors. This large community of interesting, fascinating and diverse people, from all over the world, adds further charm to the social scene and makes it yet again different to other destinations.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who have contributed to our success over these 25 years. Thanks to our clients, buyers or sellers, collaborators, fellow agents, suppliers and our staff, both past and present, who have all helped us reach this far, and thanks to everyone else who has or has had any connection with Villa Marketing.
