All of the properties listed below are self-catered accommodation with extra cleaning service available if required. Cleaning prior to arrival and on departure are included in the price.
All the properties are managed and maintained by our company all the year  round. All bookings are centralized with our head office in Marbella.

Prices quoted are per week or per month depending on the property, and on High Season weeks must be saturday to saturday.
Where not  established, prices are subject to availability and agreement.

• LOW SEASON: January, February, March, November, December.
• MID SEASON: April, May, June, September, October.
• HIGH SEASON: July and August.

Special prices for monthly rentals in Low Season, Mid Season.
Prices are subject to availability and are for information purposes only.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

1. The prices quoted includes:
   - Electricity and water consumption (except  Low Season and Christmas Season).
   - Cleaning on departure.
2. A breakage deposit is required and this will be refunded if no breakage has  occurred.
3. Reservations can only be made if a deposit has been received. Within one month prior to arrival we should have received 50% of the total price.
   The balance is payable on arrival.
4. To guarantee a reservation we shall need you credit card details. If the transfer does not arrive your credit card shall be charged.
5. NOTE: Neither you or your belongings are under insurance cover during your stay.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: If you were to cancel the penalties would be as follows:

- 2 to 3 months before arrival : 25% of the amount.

- 1 month before arrival: 50% of the amount.

- 15 days before arrival: 75% of the amount.

- From 15 days before arrival to No arrival: 100% of the amount.

Travel Information:

If you book a rent-a-car with us, you will be met at the airport by a  representative of the car rental company and they will also hand you the keys  and directions to your self-catered accomodation.
